All animals are born in Valsusa, breed outdoors and fed with only natural products (milk, hay and cereals) from weaning to the adult stage, respecting the rhythms and growth times dictated by nature without any artificial forcing. The cattle breeding is side by plant product such as juices, jams and digestif.
